Usually presented in phases to a pre-determined
schedule. The amount of detail and scope of the design service
can be tailored to meet the requirements of the end user. Although
the following steps are usual, some phases may be eliminated
in the case of smaller
projects.
Initial concepts, sketches and ideas.
First draft layout plan. Often with sketches or images.
Budget review to determine scope and target costs.
Final layout plan with construction details.
Budget pricing with quantities as requested. |
